The Elidah team came to appreciate that available treatments for stress urinary incontinence are woefully inadequate and that women are searching for a better solution. We’ve spent many years speaking with patients and clinicians, researching therapeutic best-practices from around the globe, and developing the ELITONE device. With recent regulatory approval we are now excited to be bringing this technology to women around the world.

Gloria Kolb
Gloria has 20+ years of experience in medical device product development and commercialization, and previously founded a company in urology. She was named a "Top Innovator under 35" by MIT’s Technology Review and has degrees in engineering (MIT, Stanford) and entrepreneurship (Babson).
Eric Kolb
Eric has 20+ years of experience in medical device product development, working in startups and large companies (J&J). He’s an inventor on 27 US patents and has specific experience in wearable therapeutic devices. Eric has engineering degrees from RPI and CWRU.
Eric Halvorson
Eric is an accomplished medical device executive with a proven record in sales, marketing, and business operations from market leaders including Coloplast, Olympus, Smith & Nephew, and Boston Scientific.
Barbara Levy, MD
Dr. Levy is VP for Health Policy in the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’s advocacy division. This group works on a spectrum of activities and initiatives concentrated on improving safety and quality in women’s health. Previously she ran a successful private practice.
